Clinical reference only. LUSREN Guide supports review of EMS treatment pathways, medication information, dose calculations, and destination information. It is not a medical device approval, official protocol authority, emergency communications service, or substitute for clinical judgment.
Independent product
LUSREN Guide is an independently developed clinical reference companion. It is not produced by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD), an EMS agency, or any receiving hospital unless separately and expressly stated.
Protocol authority
Clinical content should be interpreted in the context of the most current official protocols, applicable medical direction, agency policies, provider authorization, training, and local law. Source material and facility capabilities may change. The app may not reflect the latest amendment at all times.
Medication calculators
Calculations depend on inputs such as age, weight, dosing basis, concentration, route, and maximum dose. Verify all values and the underlying medication order independently against current protocols and the drug label. Stop using a calculator result if it seems inconsistent, unsafe, or out of scope. Follow appropriate medication safety checks and medical-control procedures.
Hospital destination and navigation information
Hospital services, designations, catchment rules, route durations, and real-time availability can change. Verify destination suitability, consult receiving facilities and medical control when required, and follow current transport rules. Road-time estimates and GPS are advisory, not dispatch or routing guarantees.
Reporting possible errors
If you discover a potential clinical error, stop relying on that portion of the tool and follow your approved protocol. Report the issue using the app's feedback feature or by email to hello@lusren.com. Do not submit patient-identifiable information.
Emergency care
Do not use this website's contact email for urgent medical orders, emergency dispatch, or time-sensitive clinical consultation. Follow established emergency response and medical-control channels.
