How do I update LUSREN Guide?
Open the App Store or TestFlight, depending on how you received LUSREN Guide, and install the latest available build. If an update has not appeared yet, it may still be processing or rolling out.
Why is a medication calculation different from what I expected?
Confirm the selected patient age and weight, drug concentration, applicable maximum dose, and the protocol currently in effect. Do not rely on the app if a result appears inconsistent. Follow your agency's approved protocol and medical direction, and report the discrepancy through the in-app feedback screen or by email.
Why does destination navigation request my location?
Location access may be requested when you use nearby-hospital or drive-time tools. You can decline permission and use available manual selections. The app's location and routing behavior is described in our Privacy Policy.
How can I report incorrect hospital capabilities or out-of-date protocols?
Use the app’s Feedback feature, or email hello@lusren.com. Include the page or hospital name, the issue, and a public source or effective date when available. Never include patient-identifiable information.
Is LUSREN Guide an official SNHD application?
No. LUSREN Guide is independently developed and is not an official Southern Nevada Health District application. Refer to current official protocols, medical direction, and employer requirements for clinical decisions.
How do I request deletion of submitted feedback?
Email hello@lusren.com with enough detail to help locate the submission, but do not send patient-identifiable data. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
